Extra Outdoor Amenities:
On the upper level, the deck is end-to-end and includes outdoor dining furniture. The lower level patio has a porch swing and wicker furniture. Both levels have great 40-mile views of the layered mountain ranges. A basketball goal with basketballs is located in the back of the home. A brick fire pit with seating is located at the back of the home and is situated where it overlooks the view of mountains and valley. The gas grill is located near the fire pit. The direct valley view below is Kingwood Golf and Country Club. Golf and spa services are available for both private and public use.
Extras on the Lower Level:
On the lower level, the family/rec room is large and contains a pool table and games on one side, videos/DVDs, satellite TV, sectional sofa, and a morning kitchen on the opposite side. A separate private reading alcove is also located on the lower level.
Extras on the Upper Level:
On the upper level, a separate full-size laundry room has a dust buster, indoor clothesline, iron and ironing board, and many necessities for quick clean-up. A telescope is also located near the windows of the great room on the upper level. The kitchen is more than fully-equipped. Every imaginable appliance, pots/pans, cookware, bake ware, Tupperware, utensils, excellent cutlery and gadgets are there for your use. Four high-backed bar stools are set up at the long bar in the kitchen/dining area.
Golf:
Our home has a direct valley view of the beautifully landscaped Kingwood Golf and Country Club. It is a private club which welcomes visitors for a fee. Kingwood also has a lovely spa with many spa services from which to choose. Information on Kingwood can be found in a brochure located in the activities book we've compiled.
