Our rental unit is a 2 BR 2 full bath condo on the 2nd floor of a 4 story building on the Oceanfront in (family beach)Surfside Beach, SC. This is 6 miles south of Myrtle Beach, SC. The unit is a corner unit with a balcony that overlooks the swimming pool and the ocean. It is equipped with a full size washer/dryer, refrigerator w/icemaker, dishwasher, and range. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and TV w/ VCR and DVD players. The Master bedroom has a queen bed and a chaise lounge and TV. The 2nd bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top. Linens are furnished, but not allowed on the beach and must be washed and put away before you leave. Many guests prefer to bring their own linen to take home to wash later. The rental rates vary with the season. Please call us to find out the fees for the time you will be visiting. I usually rent by the week in the summer from Saturday to Saturday, but will rent by the days or months.

Surfside Beach is in the middle of the Grand Strand which goes from the NC/SC border to Georgetown. This 65 miles of the Atlantic Ocean is a popular Resort destination and has wonderful year round weather and many interesting activities and entertainment. This summer Hard Rock Theme Park will be opening. It specializes in Music from all eras and has 4 Roller Coasters just for starters. More Excitement!!! Golfing is a big attraction with about 100 Golf Courses 3 miles to 20 miles from the condo.

This property is exactly as pictured with no surprises! The oceanfront location was wonderful! It is within walking distance of the Surfside Pier where Nibil's (a family run restaurant) is located along with a gift shop and ice cream. The pool was nice, clean, and never over crowded. There were eight in our party and we had enough room for everybody plus space under the building to keep our vehicle out of the sun. Anything we needed, from a pizza pan to sand toys, was at the condo! And the owner was very easy to work with. I would recommend this unit to any family group!
