Description of the Gayhead - Aquinnah vacation house rental
This contemporary home is set high on a hill with sweeping views of Vineyard Sound, Menemsha, the North Shore and the Elizabeth Islands. The house comes with a parking pass for Lobsterville Beach, one of the island's premier bass and blue fishing spots, and Menemsha Pond, a gentle, protected swimming spot ideal for families with small children. Or take a short ride to West Basin and catch the bike ferry to Menemsha, a charming fishing village with shops, restaurants and fish markets. Just a few minutes away are the spectacular Gay Head Cliffs and Philbin Beach, a surf beach that is reserved for town residents and visitors. Hiking trails abound near by.
