On a gorgeous level 2.5 acre property, with 200 year-old majestic sugar maples, apple (fruiting), walnut and hazelnut trees, perennials, and a lovely fenced-in cottage garden on the property. Enjoy barbecuing on the patio, swing in the hammock under the stars, and watch your children climb trees and frolic on the magical property bordered by picturesque farmlands and woods. Inside enjoy the wide-board pine floors, beamed ceiling, fireplace, modern and tasteful furnishings. Swim, hike and camp at nearby North-South lake. I had a few other options and the key reasons I chose your house are: the proximity to woodstock and saugerties which I love, the fireplace and cozy living room, the fact that the kids can sled down your little hill/slope, the comfort of the upstairs bedroom and the fact that the downstairs is available if we need to house more people.
We really had a great time last year!
