This newly renovated home with a very large private yard with whirlpool jacuzzi and outdoor palapa is located one block off the turquoise Puerto Morelos Ocean and three blocks from the beach and the quaint town square where you will find great restaurants of different types and coffee shops, a local park and basic shopping. All the rooms are air conditioned and beds and kitchen appliances are in excellent condition. The whole property is one level, so you need not worry about stairs. Enjoy the ocean breeze laying in your hammock or the many activities in the area.

Puerto Morelos was a sleepy fisherman’s town, which, because it has one of the most calm, wide and beautiful beaches in the area, has become a new jewel of the Caribbean. We also have the best snorkeling reef in the area. We have many great restaurants here as well as many different opportunities to see the jungle, the real Mexico, Mayan ruins and more. Here you are between the famous Playa del Carmen and Cancun if you want more action, or a short drive from all the parks and activities of the Riviera Maya.

Additional information about rental rates

  • For an additional cost, you can use the additional on property flat. Please ask for details.
  • Deposits: Your deposit must be received within 5 working days of the date of your request to confirm your reservation. The deposit due is 25% of total to be paid plus a $300 security deposit. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. The $300 security deposit will be refunded after your departure, upon completion of satisfactory inspection (Refunds are sent to your home 10 days after your departure). Cancellations are possible if written notice is received by e-mail 90 days prior to the reserved date. If we are able to rent the time, you will be refunded your money minus any expenses incurred. Otherwise there will be no refund, but we will honour your deposit during 1 year for you to re-book. Cancellation within 90 days or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance.
