This wonderful condo is on the South side of 30A, steps from the beautiful beaches. This is the perfect getaway. Brand new with all amenities including a Viking kitchen and washer and dryer. Four balconies will ensure that you have plenty of outdoor living space. Each bedroom has its own private bath with the master having separate tub and shower. Lots of closet space with very comfortable furnishings. Each room has a flat screen television. iPod docking station along with CD player and excellent CD selection. This is a second floor unit that over looks South Barrett Square. A minute walk to restaurants, shopping and the wine bar. This home will give you plenty of space to enjoy your vacation. This unit is all on one floor. Each bedroom has it own private balcony along with two balconies in the living room.

Rosemary Beach is a small town founded in 1995. It has all the charm of a European town. It is located in the Florida Panhandle between Panama City and Destin. It is a quiet retreat with it's own restaurants and wine bar along with some great shopping. You don't need a car, you can walk from one end of town to the other in 10 minutes. Once you visit this town you will never be able to vacation in those crowded areas again. There is plenty to do including the most beautiful beaches in the world. Along with tennis, in and outdoor pools. Wonderful biking trails and plenty of places to sit and watch dolphins.
