Our two families stayed at this house Jan 2-9,'10 and were extremely pleased with the accomodations. Our group included 10 twentysomething year-olds and they enjoyed the house immensely. The two master bedroom suites are luxurious, the media room is comfortable and beautiful as well. There are plenty of patios and balconies to enjoy cocktails or board games, we listened to music outside each night without a problem from neighbors. We used the grill each night and set up an outside/inside bar on the pass through stone kitchen/ poolside counter. We kayaked to the small islands in front of the house, and parked our boat on the dock on street side. The group fished daily with good results only a few miles out. The new pool and spa are beautiful, finished with stone tiles. The new elevator accomodates all four levels for luggage, etc. The owner genuinely wants your stay to be enjoyed by all and will assist with your needs. You will not be disappointed renting this unit.
