Enjoy ocean breezes as house has great ventilation, The kitchen has a new counters, dishwasher, new microwave/fan above full size range, full refrigerator, toaster, coffeemaker, silverware, dishes, pots,pans, etc. Living room has cable flat screen TV w DVD, board games, books. Dining room. Full bath. W+D. Bedrooms have pedestal fans. The house has a screened 3-season porch -- and a wrap open porch with table and chairs. Grassy yard with furniture, and a propane grill. Easy parking. Close by Downtown has restaurants, amusements, arcades, Dickinson's Candy shop, Bored Silly game and puzzle shop, ice cream, sandwiches, coffee, bagels, etc. Route 1 has FunTown and Splashtown. Very popular golf courses nearby. Many families return year after year to Old Orchard Beach, Come and Join Us on the Beach!
