The rocky coast and crashing surf are steps from your front door, but you may be tempted to stay home and enjoy the view of the lighthouse and sea islands from your relaxing 4-season porch surrounded by brand new windows. An open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room and five newly redecorated bedrooms make this the perfect option for families traveling together. The colorful nautical-inspired decor complements glowing pine interiors with spectacular water views from nearly every room. Bedrooms: King Master, twins, (2) full, (1) full, bunks (4). There are two dining areas and two living rooms. Starfish Cottage is ideally located: in the center of Ocean Point, it's just a quick walk to the community playground, tennis courts and clubhouse, and safely off the main road with unobstructed views of the water.

We loved our time at Starfish Cottage! It is beautiful ...much larger than I had thought...and served our purposes so beautifully! Extremely clean, great beds and you cannot get better views! What an incredible place for our family to be together on the weekend of our daughter's wedding at the Wilson Memorial Chapel in Ocean Point! We would love to return in the summer!

My dream vacation

This is as close to heaven on earth as there could possibly be. The cottage felt just like home. It is gorgeous and very well maintained. It has obviously been recently remodeled and the decorating is outstanding. The views are breathtaking and lots of places (and time) for walks along the famous rocky coast of Maine. The first couple of days we could not see the island and lighthouse just off the coast, which was kind neat in itself. Then the offshore fog cleared and it was beautiful the rest of the week. I am planning on coming back next year and even later in the fall. I love lobster!

I had the opportunity to stay twice this past summer at Starfish Cottage in Ocean Point. The cottage is absolutely fantastic!! There are not enough positive things to be said. It is fresh, bright, open, warm, cozy and charming. The cottage was decorated so tastefully with a very lovely ocean/starfish theme. The views were magnificent from practically every room in the house. The grounds were lush and vibrant and kept extremely well. It was so relaxing and refreshing at the same time. The owners were a lovely, gracious and very welcoming family. I truly can't wait to return for my next stay at Starfish Cottage on Ocean Point.
