  • All weekly rates are for up to 6 guests. Add $25/Person/Week over 6 guests.
  • Rental Conditions:
    No smoking inside at any time!
    Pets OK with prior approval, additional $95 pet fee.
    Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age.. Age verification required.
    No more than 10 person occupancy.
    These rules are strictly enforced and monitored by Alternative Beach Rentals...failure to adhere will result in forfeited deposit at owner's discretion. Full rates listed at Sunnystay dot com.
  • Rental Payments:
    Weekly rentals- A $250 - $500 refundable deposit will reserve this home for you.
    Primary renter must be 18 Years old, but Monthly rentals & groups under 26 have a $1000 refundable deposit.
    Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival date or any funds paid will not be refunded.
    All rates listed are discounted Family Rates, unless listed. Additional $200/Group/week.
    Cleaning fee is $125 for groups 6 or less. Cleaning fee is $150 for groups and families of 7 or more.

    Want to step up your vacation to the next level? Try renting our electric golf cart! This is not for golfing, but is for cruising around the beach area! Have a great time, with the wind in your hair, cruise back and forth to the beach, shopping, out to the restaurants or over to the movie theater. All for just $250/week!

    You can add the boat, electric trolling motor, charger & life vest for just $150/week! New. We now have paddle boat rentals available, just $99/week!
