Located in historic New England town with beaches, parks, bike path; easy walk to beautiful harbor, shops, restaurants. Lovely front porch, deck overlooking gardens, jacuzzi bath, skylights; easy drive to Boston, Gloucester, southern NH, and southern Maine. Bikes included; use of car negotiable.

A 4th of July arts festival and parade, farmer's market, jazz concerts, sailing race week, and days at one of the beaches, are all summer highlights.
