First floor unit, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, private deck, 1 car tandem parking. Relax by the Bay in this 3 bedroom waterfront unit with private deck. Each of the 3 bedrooms is tastefully decorated with plenty of Cape Cod cottage charm. The large open living room and kitchen overlook the bay and gardens and are just steps from the beach. Dogs are accepted in this unit only for an additional fee. Entire house (which includes the upstairs 2 bedroom unit, Homeaway #181315) can be rented as well. Inquire for availability. ******Reservations for the 2010 season will begin in January of 2010******
