This is BEACH FRONT at its BEST! This home sits on the most spacious beautiful section of beach at Folly. With ocean views from 3 of the 4 bedrooms and the main living area, this home is meticulously maintained and tastefully appointed. The beach is 10 steps away, right off the back porch! There are open lots on both sides of the house and a vast marsh view across the street ~ It could not be more perfectly located! Spectacular views from every side of the house.

In early 2012, we began a major renovation, completely opening up the living and kitchen area, adding new kitchen cabinetry, countertops and state-of-the-art appliances. New carpet and refinished hardwood floors cap off this new look. See the new photos!

This fabulously decorated vacation home boasts hardwood floors, granite counter tops, upgraded appliances, a screened porch across the entire beach side of the home, outside wrap-around deck with hot tub, master suite with a private beachfront balcony, a beautiful master bath with a sunken garden tub, 55' flat screen TV in the living area, Heat N Glow gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and a fenced yard for privacy. Both the screened porch and the sun deck, which span the entire beach side of the home, are furnished with high quality comfortable furniture - insisting that you relax and take it all in.

There are 4 bedrooms (3 Queen beds and 2 Twin beds) with an additional enclosed sitting area that sleeps 2. The living room area has a double fold-out couch. All linens plus beach towels are included. There is an additional outdoor full bath with shower as well as an outdoor sand shower on the private beach-access walk.

Our property also includes the opportunity for you to enjoy the island by golf cart. After a glorious day on the beach, hop aboard and enjoy the hidden treasures throughout this eclectic beach town. One of the most desirable South Carolina vacation spots with local restaurants, shopping, roof-top night life, coffee shops, fishing piers and ice cream parlors. Or visit historic Charleston. Only a 10 mile drive, Historic Charleston offers carriage tours, live theaters, museums, plantations, gardens, restaurants and shopping choices.

This vacation home has been furnished with every detail addressed. All furnishings are top quality designer choices that will make your vacation special and so comfortable!

This home is locally owned by our family. Every attention to detail has been addressed and is monitored by the family before and after each guest. Your vacation is our priority and we ensure you the best possible trip to Folly Beach.

The Owner purchased this house in 2007
Why The Owner chose Folly Beach

20+ years ago and for several years, our family rented the same vacation home at Folly Beach. We loved the relaxed and peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere that Folly offers and we made many lasting memories. When we had the opportunity to purchase this house (and not even looking to buy a beach house!) we seized the chance. The location was an instant draw and we love that it is truly the perfect house! Beautiful beach house getaway

We came for a girls weekend at Folly Beach. The house exceeded our expectations in terms of views of the ocean and the accommodations. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The hot tub views were amazing. Even though the weather did not cooperate (rainy and windy the entire weekend) we had a fantastic time lounging in the hot tub and sitting on the porch. The golf cart is a wonderful amenity to have, and a great way to explore Folly. The beds were super comfy and the location can't be beat! Thanks so much for a wonderful home.

Wonderful Girls Trip

The location of this beach house was perfect! On the ocean, but also with gorgeous views of the sound/marsh. The screened in porch and deck (ocean facing) was absolutely perfect for early morning cups of coffee, yoga, lounging and reading. You also can't beat the view from the deck hot tub. We came with a group of girls for a mellow bachelorette weekend and we were blown away by this house. From one beach house owner to another, I understand the thought, time and work you put into your rental. Your special touches did not go unnoticed. The decor was beautiful and perfectly beachy. The one room we couldnt get out of was the kitchen. For us girls who like to cook, the kitchen and cookware you supplied was phenomenal. All the beds were very comfortable and everyone felt like they were at home. Your house is gorgeous and the perfect location for any type of getaway. Thank you and we hope to be back again soon!

A fabulous beach house!

We were sure we had picked a great house and this one surpassed our expectations. The property was tastefully redecorated a couple of years ago and it couldn't be more comfortable and welcoming. There are lots of spaces to get together as a group and some quite areas as well. We loved gathering in the kitchen, living room, or the screened in porch and the great room table was a perfect place for meals and cards. Not only is this house beautiful but it is exceptionally well maintained. We loved our location on the beach and the proximity to Folly Beach and Charleston. You won't be disappointed!

Top Notch!

My family and I just completed a stay in this beautiful home and did not want to leave. The pictures online do not do justice to the class this home offers. Beautiful Sunrise, great place for all ages. We had 24-79 year old folks and everyone had a great stay. Don't miss The Lost Dog and the pizza place on Center Street, Wally's or Willy's can't remember, just ask, someone will know.

Great TV, internet and movie selection. had a great game of Monopoly, although I still cannot beat the kids it was fun being together.

We hope to return soon and this time I'll figure out how to get that beautiful dinning room table on the top of my van and back home. Carla & Robbie, thanks we hope to see you again soon. Thank you!

The ideal beach house. Privacy, upscale, well maintained, well stocked, excellent layout. I've rented 20+ beach houses over the years and found a new favorite!
