This beach-level Pointe Santo condo is just steps away from the beach, pool and clubhouse, and ideal for families with children and for adult couples traveling together. Everything you need for a perfect vacation is included. It has just been fully remodeled and professionally decorated with tropical furniture in island colors. It features a fully-equipped luxury kitchen in a contemporary open plan. It sleeps six with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, queen and twin in the guest bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The master suite has a walk-in shower; the guest suite has a combination shower/tub. It is equipped with four flat-screen TVs, a PC, and high-speed Internet. The exquisitely landscaped beach front grounds of Pointe Santo feature a lagoon stocked with fish and bordered by extensive tropical vegetation. Relax and indulge in the heated pool, hot tub and clubhouse located on an island accessed via a foot bridge just outside the lanai.

Make the most of the Gulf while you are on Sanibel. Start with a day on the beach swimming and shelling. Boats can be chartered for fishing, exploring other islands or taking a nature tour. There are many other ways to be on the water but one we particularly enjoy is the sunset cruise that starts with a trolley ride that picks you up right outside Pointe Santo. Rent a canoe or kayak starting from the north end of Tarpon Bay Road and paddle into the nature reserve to get a close-up view of the tropical mangroves and wildlife. Sanibel has a wide range of restaurants for fine dining and families. Periwinkle Way has unique shops to collect island souvenirs.

More Amenities: Our condo is wired for the future with four flat-screen TVs: a high-definition home theatre with plasma TV and surround sound, DVR, and DVD player in the living room; flat-screen TV in the master bedroom; flat-screen TV with DVD player in the guest bedroom. The kitchen work area has a PC with combination monitor/TV, color printer/copier/fax, and cable modem for high speed Internet access. The condo is equipped with wireless and wired connections for guest PCs.

Families with Young Children: The Pointe Santo complex is a wonderful location for families with children. There is an onsite recreation program and many other vacationing families. Our condo is especially well equipped for young children, with no glass tops or sharp edges on tables, and stain-resistant fabrics on all furniture. We provide a collapsible crib, a booster seat, and bed rails.

Adult Couples Traveling Together: Many couples vacation at Pointe Santo. Our condo has two fully-equipped suites, with a king-size bed in one and a queen-size bed in the other. Both have private tiled baths. The condo is beautifully decorated with tropical furniture and fabrics. The kitchen is newly built with a contemporaty open plan, and is exceptionally well-equipped for people -- like us -- who like to cook.

If you are looking for outstanding accommodations with every modern amenity possible, we recommend this condo. My wife and I really needed a break from stress and we would have had a low tolerance for any hassle or disappointment with our Jan 2009 trip to Sanibel Island. We had a fabulous time in E-2 at Sanibel Pointe Santo, virtually on the beach and a short bike ride to a grocery store with an excellent wine selection. The accommodations were outstanding - recently remodeled to the highest standards with a lot of thought put into design. A true chef's kitchen. Great HDTV with LCD TVs in every room and a home theater system in the main room. Broadband and wireless internet and free nationwide Skype phone. I thought the condo was even better than the owners description. You will be very pleased with the attention giving to the lighting throughout the condo - high tech controls and very nice design features. My wife and I occupied the condo on our own, but we were very impressed by the quantity and quality of toys available for young children - we wished we had our grandchildren with us. I found it interesting that owners of such a luxury condo with expensive furnishings and fittings are happy to share their condo with families with young children - very commendable. Needless to say the property was immaculately clean. The condo complex appeared very well managed to us. The staff were busy going about their duties and unobtrusive. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the pool and the gas barbecues. This was a very relaxing vacation for us - exactly what we needed. We spent many evenings sipping fine wine and watching peaceful sunsets with like-minded couples.

Having taken at least 1 and often 2 vacations in Florida over the last 20 years, E2 in Pointe Santo Sanibel has been the best rental property of all.

This property is not just a rental property but a property that has invested in it, love, care and attention to detail making it much more a home, is exceptionally well equipped. Owners who take a real and genuine interest in their guests.

The condo location so close to the beach makes everything so easy, relaxing and enjoyable.

We had a great time and have no hesitation in recommending this as a place to stay to enjoy Sanibel, Sea, Sand and Shells.
