Grayhawk is located in North Scottsdale minutes from the highway, shopping, restaurants and golf.
This 2,200 square foot villa is professionally decorated and features all brand new furniture. The home is a quiet end unit, spacious, cozy and offers many high end amenities; such as cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, built-in wine cooler, jacuzzi tub, fireplace, tile throughout, and high speed wireless internet access and wireless printer for your use.
This property is located close to the pool for convenience, but far enough for privacy. The back of the villa faces the pool and courtyard, with a large patio area off the master and the dining area to enjoy the beautiful Scottsdale weather.
This floor plan has a first floor master suite with 2 bedrooms, a loft and full bath upstairs. The two car attached garage provides security and convenience.
The master has a king bed and TV with DVD, second bedroom has a full bed and bunk beds, the third bedroom has a queen bed.
