  • 1 Month = 4 Weeks Only
    Security Deposit: $250.00 (must be received 10 days after initial contact, along with signed contract)
    This will RESERVE your dates . Upon arriving at Beso del Sol, the Reservation Deposit becomes a Damage Deposit and is TOTALLY refundable 10 days after your stay if all rules and regulations, per rental agreement, are met.

    Cancellations are honored if given One Month before your Stay. You will be charged a Processing Fee of $50.00.

    Full Payment is Due 2 Weeks Before Your Stay

    We Prefer payment in Money Orders or Cashiers Checks,
    but we will accept Personal Checks if received EARLIER than 2 weeks before your Stay.

    Add $100.00 extra for Holiday Weeks
    (Easter, Memorial, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas)
