Your Special Part of the Gulf Beach - Seacrest Florida Condo This first floor rental is ideally prepared for those who want to enjoy a short fun filled weekend or a full week or more in a professionally decorated home away from home. We've left behind those items we would use ourselves and enjoy on vacation. XBOX video games for the kids, TVs in each room, and Wireless for those who just have to have their emails! We've even included a computer for those who don't have one, but still want to surf the net instead of the waves! Lined with palms, those in love can take a nice walk through the property and enjoy the scenery and privacy. Others can rest by what is probably the largest, most refreshing pool in the area! Have a drink, rest and sleep, just make yourself at home! Free tram service is available to take you to the beach or your neighbors for an evening meal! All of this within walking distance of Rosemary Beach Village shopping center.

Our Condo is on the first floor so no running up and down stairs! Your own patio is great for relaxing! Golf near-by, some great restaurants on scenic 31-A whether you want a quiet diner or just want to be a part of the bar scene. Just a few minutes to music, and fun! A 30 Minute drive to downtown Destin, where there are numerous Pro level golf clubs as well as all the shopping you can handle! So, if you want to come down as a family or a spring breaker, you'll be welcome!

  • 1/3 of your payment is due immediately to reserve the dates you request.
  • The final full payment due must be paid 14 days prior to your stay.

    If for some reason you must cancel your reservation, please call us and we will work with you, however, cancellations made 10 days prior to the stay are subject to a 50% charge. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the date of your reservation are subject to a 75% charge and those made less than 7 days prior are subject to a full charge. But like we stated, just call us and let's see what we can do.

Having made arrangements for friends and family to join us on this vacation, I was nervous they might not like the accomodations I selected. I shouldn't have worried, everyone LOVED this place. From the beautiful decor, great location, wonderful pool and easy beach access...we were all very pleased. The owners were great to work with...and we definitely plan to visit again!
