Only 40 min drive from Atlanta, on Georgia 400. 2 miles off the main highway. The ONLY house in Dawsonville on Lake Lanier offering ALL the amenities listed below! The house features 26 ft ceiling with a glass wall overlooking the lake. Luxurious master bedroom, gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors. 2 dens, 3 large decks overlooking the lake, fully equipped gym, billiards table, ping pong, pinball machine, Bose stereo system throughout the house. Very close to the water. 3 TVs, 2 DVD players, 2 fireplaces. Wired for high speed internet (DSL). Private dock with party deck, just bring your boat (or rent it nearby) and tie it. Swim in the cove's calm water,or relax on the party deck and enjoy the beautiful views. Fish for bass, crappie and catfish from the dock. Convenient access to public boat ramp, and marina to refuel your boat

The drive from Atlanta is less than 40 minutes,and is of off Ga 400(6 lane highway).Less than 3 miles from the GA 400 and Highway 53 intersection.Very close to the charming,historic town of Dahlonega.Very close to the North Georgia outlet mall.Close to Amicalola Falls,with great golf,horseback riding ,hiking, mountain biking and white water rafting in the vicinity.Restaurants and movie theaters are close by.The house is on the north end of the lake,which is quiet and without a lot of boat traffic.It is very pictoresque,with the beautiful North Georgia mountains in the background.The lake water is calm ,and is ideal for water sports ,swimming,kayaking or just a nice cruise.Close to the big city,yet you will feel like a world away!Come for a few days or a few weeks,you will not want to leave! Available for short or long term rentals.
