Townhome Rules and Conditions: 1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. AND CHECKOUT IS 12 noon. NO Early Check-in or late checkout. 2. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE THE TOWN HOUSE. 3. Pets are NOT permitted in the town house under any conditions. 4. We will not rent to vacationing students or groups of singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 5. CONDUCT AND NOISE- Occupants are to respect the neighbors, not incur in unruly conduct, and keep the noise at an acceptable level at all times. 6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests in the town home is limited to EIGHT (8) persons. 7. CANCELLATIONS- A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation of your reservation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit
Reservations: To reserve your dates within 60 days of arrival date, full payment is required. To reserve your dates more than 60 days before arrival date, 50% of payment is required. Remaining 50% is required within 60 days of arrival.
