Docked in the heart of Avila, stay in this cruiser "Boathouse", heading straight to the ocean!

This is a gorgeous one bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom condo and it is the perfect spot to experience living at the beach. The spacious living room is suitable for the whole crew with a 48" flat screen TV, fireplace and plenty of dining sitting for the deckhands. The wrap-around sun deck is complete with table, chairs, and a gas grill to enjoy a day on deck. The Galley is fully equipped with Brand new appliances and all the basic comforts of home. The Captain's quarters has a King bed, fireplace and a private balcony to enjoy a moment away from the crew. At the Boathouse, every effort has been made to provide convenience, comfort and atmosphere for a relaxing seaside family vacation for four.
