This freestanding 350 square foot studio is just two blocks from Commercial Street and The Boatslip. Located in a small association, this perfect-for-two condo has been completely renovated. The open kitchen has granite counter tops and new appliances, including a stackable washer/dryer. The living area has a flat screen TV with cable, Internet access, and a sleeper sofa. There is a dining area with intimate seating for two. The loft with skylight is a cozy retreat and has a queen-sized mattress. Behind the unit, a slate patio with a bistro table and chairs offers the perfect setting for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Herring Cove Beach is a five-minute drive away. The unit also offers two off-street parking spaces, two mountain bikes with lock, and Adirondack chairs in the front gardens.
