Just built in 2008. Very convenient location, south of Veteran's Pkwy, off of Country Club. Spacious home with upscale furnishings. Formal living area with desk with high speed internet access. Open floorplan in the kitchen, nook and family room. 46 in. TV in family room. Also a DVD player. Stainless steel appliances in kitchen. Master bedroom has a 32' TV/DVD . Master bathroom has a tile walk- in sports shower. Other 3 bedrooms have a 20' TV/DVD. Also a TV in the kitchen and even a 37' TV on the lanai. The pool is electric heated with an extended deck for sunning. The pool area has eastern and southern exposure. You can enjoy fishing off of the dock in the saltwater canal. No problem to rent a boat and dock it there at the house. It takes 15 minutes to reach the Gulf of Mexico from our villa. The landscaping is very tropical and you will be able to see a palm tree out of every window in the home. You will really enjoy your stay in our comfortable, new villa.

    25% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking. Balance plus cleaning fee due 6 weeks prior to arrival. We also ask for a $300.00 security deposit due 6 weeks before arrival. This will be returned within 10 days of departure.
  • Ask for special rates for long term rentals.

Fantastic. Everything was perfect. This is truly a home away from home. The location is ideal for exploring SW Florida.

The villa is located in a quiet street no more than 2 minutes from Del Prado. The facilities have been chosen with care and give a feeling of warmth to the home.

As mentioned in the other review the home is extremely clean and tidy.

One touch that we really appreciated was the fact that the family of the owners paid a visit to say that if we needed anything just to call. Now that is what a home should be like.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we would love to return if the pound ever recovers to a descent exchange rate.


Again thanks to the owners for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home.

Great place to stay with your family!

I will be making my third trip to Florida next week and am staying at this wonderful home again. It is an ideal place to stay with a family. There is so much room that you don't feel like you are on top of each other. My kids especially loved the pool and I enjoyed not sharing it with hundreds of other people. We bought food to keep at the house. That saves quite a bit of money when you're traveling with kids.We used the awesome grill that is on the lanai a lot. My kids also liked having their own tv's to watch. We didn't always have to watch the same things. This home is close to many fun activites. We went to Sun Splash waterpark, the mall, Jungle Golf, the movie theater, Ft. Myers Beach, etc... I just really like the feeling of home that you get when you stay here. It is new, so it is very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this rental home to anyone looking to visit SW Florida.
