New Listing!! Family theme - vacation on the Lake, be one of the first to enjoy our home away from home with all the creature comforts. Located on the northwestern shore of Oneida Lake in Constantia, NY - near the end of a flat & quiet residential street - just 8.5 miles from Rt. 81 and 24 miles from downtown Syracuse. Enjoy the beautiful lake-view, swimming with sandy bottom, boating, fishing, biking, campfires & more. The lake-house features two great rooms, Internet access, HD tv & DVD player, 4 bedrooms with new and large bedding (2 king, 2 queen+ twin), & 3 full baths as well as an amazing deck with furniture & grill overlooking the lake. There is a 4'wide dock with steps into lake. Oneida Lake is known for some of the best walleye & bass fishing in the Northeast. There are 2 golf courses & driving range close by (~5 miles), downtown Syracuse with Carousel Mall, Syracuse Chiefs AAA baseball, and the NY State Fair in August. The Turning Stone Casino is ~23 miles.

The second bedroom is also large in size and is located on the lower level. The other two bedrooms are smaller in size but have queen size bedding. All bedding is practically brand new and high quality. There is a new single bed in the lower level great room which also serves as a game room with TV.

Waterfront: The waterfront (100' frontage) is shallow sandy bottom. There is a long dock with steps to enter the water. There is a large lawn to play games and a large shade tree to just sit and read a book. There is also a fire pit near the water's edge for campfires.

Lake-house: The lake-house is luxurious and comfortable. As you can see from the pictures, the front of the house facing the lake has a huge deck complete with furniture, tables, umbrella, and a Weber gas grill. The house has oak trim throughout, central air, gas fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. The great room has seating for 8+ with High Def. TV and a DVD player. Internet (broadband) access is also provided. All 4 bedrooms have newer large bedding and there is 3 full bathrooms. The lower level has a great/ family room also with a table for games/cards, TV, and fully furnished with seating for 6 and 4 more at the game table. There is also a laundry facilities in the lower level.

Activities: There will be a small boat lift available when requested. There is a boat launch area about 2 miles away. Oneida lake offers some of the best walleye, bass, and perch fishing around. There are four bikes to ride on the flat level road. Lawn games include horse shoes, crochet, badminton, and various balls. There are tennis courts approximately 5 miles away, 2 golf courses and a driving range about 5 miles away. Down town Syracuse is 24 miles away for Mall shopping and AAA baseball. The Turning Stone Resort & Casino is 23 miles away.

This location was the most enjoyable you can imagine. Owners take REAL pride in their rental. Neighbors live year round and are very nice. Nice grassy area on the lake side. Plenty of room for outside games.. ie volleyball etc.
Home is beautiful and neighbor quiet and relaxing.
Recommend 100 %.
Owner's Response: Our first written review is very satisfying. We have had additional positive feedback from others. We truly do take pride in our lakehouse and provide our renters with lakeside views and activities, comfort, luxury, and a fun vacation environment.
