This property is the perfect family oasis. Over the last four years there have been non-stop renovations and upgrades made to the property. A beautiful beach entry pool, and a great BBQ/picnic area with gas grills and fantastic gardens are at your disposal. There are large grassy areas for playing games, or just lazing around. We have complimentary coffee in the morning and our staff is clean, courteous and accommodating. We are next door to the gorgeous Webhannet Falls waterfall. We are just over a mile to Wells beach. There is a trolley stop that you can take to several near bye beaches, and the neighboring tourist towns of Kennebunkport, Ogunquit and York. We are a short walk to a movie theatre, grocery store, laundromat, banks, restaurants,bars and a short drive to anything you could think to do on vacation. You could stay somewhere else and pay more to get less, but why would you? Please ask about our website.

You can enjoy the best of all worlds with this location! We are one mile to beautiful Wells beach, or a short trolley ride to several other beaches including Footbridge Beach. We are located a short walking distance to a grocery store, movie theater, banks and several restaurants, bars, just about anything you need. Our property is literally next door to Webhannet Falls waterfall. There is golf, whale watching, deep sea fishing, tours etc. We are conveniently located centrally between the two major tourist attractions of Kennebunkport and Ogunquit. Stay here, enjoy everything, get more without having to pay extra for it!

Additional information about rental rates

  • Full week rentals during the peak season at $875.
  • We have several cottages available. The prices represented are for our bigger cottages. There are slightly smaller cottages available on the same property for a bit less per night and per week. Just remember the main season is full weekly rental only from Saturday to Saturday.
  • All week long rentals require a 50% deposit.
    Cancellation within 30 days of reservation = deposit is forfeited unless we are able to re-rent the unit, then deposit returned minus a $100 fee.
    Cancellation 31 days or more before your reservation = your deposit is returned minus $100 fee.
    Check in time is 3pm for cottages and suites.
    Check out time is 11am.
    One vehicle only per accommodation, unless otherwise authorized.
    No refunds for bad weather or early departure.
    Extra people or pets are additional charges.
    NO SMOKING INSIDE ANY ACCOMMODATIONS! $200 FINE!
