Built in ’06, with all the charm and comfort you need to make you feel right at home. 3+ Bedrooms, 2.5+ baths, Living room with fireplace, covered log porch, screened porch, deck, patio and outdoor fire pit. Beautiful flowerbeds, room for the kids to run, and a seasonal stream run along the property. Just a half-mile from the Hague beach with boat launch, playground, and near the Hague General Store. Walk into town and follow the Hague stream up to the waterfalls. Stop at the General Store or visit one on the antique and gift shops. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be found at the Store or at one of the cafes& restaurants in Hague. Pick up some bait and go fishing at the Pier. A short ride will take you to Gore Mountain, Historic Ticonderoga, or the Ferry to Vermont. Thirty minutes to Lake George Village & all the attractions, fifteen minutes to Bolton. Come home and relax.

Rustic path to lake access. 15 min. to Bolton, 30 min. to LG Village, mini golf, water parks, Mini HAHA, arcades and lots more, 50 min. to Saratoga, SPAC, horse racing, more dining, shopping and people watching. 10 min to Historic Ticonderoga, ferry on Lake Champlain to Vermont. White water rafting and tubing close by,visit Gore Mt., Adirondack museum, Ausable Chasm, many Adirondack lakes and ponds to canoe, fish, hike, beautiful mountains all around, lots of hiking, biking, charter fishing, boat rentals, antique shops, golfing. Really nice floor plan with screen porch, deck, patio, and front porch. Loft upstairs looks over LR. Plenty of bathrooms, good size bedrooms, crib available by request. All beds are new or newer. Blankets, comforters & pillows supplied. Bring your own sheets and towels.

This house has everything!

This home is beautifully decorated and well appointed. It is obvious that the homeowner knows how to entertain and has thought of everything. Very clean and well-maintained. Great hosts.
Our family of 7 was very comfortable, and wanted for nothing. Kitchen had lots of equipment - every gadget you could want. We ate in 6 of the 7 days there, which saved us a lot of money.
The house is centrally located (for the most part) between Ticonderoga & Bolton's Landing. Nice and dark at night for star-gazing. Lots of areas for people to spread out - front porch, back deck, screen porch, living room, basement sitting area and game area. Spacious yard and enough room to park several cars. Only wish the driveway was a little wider on the brook side, as it was a little tight getting in & out with luggage, groceries, stroller, etc.
Bedrooms were comfortable and had every amenity. We only needed linens. Bathrooms were roomy too.

What a lovely new home that my family shared with my sister's family. Plenty of space and room for all. A very well equipped home located in a quiet town. Great to have a beach and boating dock within a 1/2 mile! The owners are very friendly and knowledgable. We would love to come back next year!
