Perfect vacation home away from home

Absolutely nothing negative to say about this property. The house is so clean and comfortable, you can really feel at home. My husband was so taken with the kitchen and the gas range that we never ate out. We had a wonderful, peaceful week. Thanks so much to the thoughtful & generous owners, Chuck & Madison.

"Great Space in a Great Place" was exactly how it was advertised and then some. Madison and Chuck were wonderful hosts who made us feel more than welcome in their home. My family included my husband and I, my 85 year-old Mom, our 20 year-old daughter, and our 6 year-old golden retriever. Although Madison and Chuck live downstairs, we had complete privacy and knew how to reach them if we needed anything. Our "home away from home" was absolutely spotless and included everything we could have needed with the addition of some "special touches."
We all managed to relax and enjoy our time together. Our dog, Sophie, loved romping on the beach every morning (before 8:00) with all her newly- made friends.... both canine and human!!!! (My husband and I really enjoyed this part of the day too!) The location of this home was perfect. The local beaches were beautiful, the restaurants were great, bakeries too good, and the shoppes, oh the shops!!!! My family and I also found ourselves visiting Provisions at least once a day. Great food, coffee, and ice cream!! Except for the rainy weather, my family and I could not have asked for a better vacation. In fact, we are already in the beginning stages of planning on returning next summer. We can't wait to go back!!!!!

Our June Vacation !!!

This was an absolutely fabulous house. Lots of space and close to lots of attractions, restaurants and shops. Walk to Kennebunkport center and Gooches' Beach. Owners are great and think of lots of extra touches to make you feel really welcome and comfortable. Would highly recommend this to all !!!

What a fabulous way to ring in the New Year!

I recently spent a wonderful and relaxing week in this beautiful Lindal Cedar home with my family! We thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities this home has to offer along with its perfect location. Kennebunkport is one of our favorite vacation spots and this home made our stay just perfect! Thank you Chuck and Madison for your hospitality! We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this home to other families in need of a peaceful get away.

Two Week Get Away

My husband Charles and I love Southern Maine! We decided to rent a house for two weeks for the very first time. We are basically hotel creatures :)...
I was a little concerned when first booking someone's rental home, but I was extremely delighted with this one!
Chuck and Madison are the purveyor's of this beautiful get away. They left no stone un-turned in the design and amenities. They were also delightful!
We shared the second week with another couple and on top of that had friends in the area over too. This home has generous spaces... Three very discerning couples enjoyed many dinners and laughs. When we wanted to go out.... the town of Kennebunkport was steps away.
The beach was great every morning. Our little Border Terrier loved that the best :) I would very highly recommend anyone with the most up town tastes.
