Indoors, the home has northern pine wood floors, top of the line kitchen, 3 family rooms -- more than enough space for a vacationing family. Walking distance from town, there are shops for the whole family to enjoy.

Osterville is centrally located mid-cape, close to all Lower and Upper cape beaches. Extremely easy access to the islands (Vineyard & Nantucket). The house is a 5 minute walk to the quaintest Cape Cod village you can ever imagine! All amenities are within reach: public beaches, ponds, lakes, convenience store, shops, public golf course, markets and a diverse selection of restaurant choices. Osterville is a 10 minute car ride to the ferry/airport that can get you to either of the islands in under an hour (hi-speed ferry or flying). Our house is on a quiet street which is about 100 yards from a marina. You can dine and watch the boats come in and out of the marina. Public beach pass comes with rental!!
