Separated from the Red House by 500 feet of wooded lakefront, the 2,000 sq ft White House sits above and over the lake, with a new 1000 square foot deck extending its full length. Recently remodeled for comfort and our pets, It steps down 18 stairs from the road to the front door. Inside each room are sliding glass doors to the deck. From the deck there is another set of stairs to the dock. We've installed an extra ladder specifically for the four legged folk to easily get up onto the dock from the lake. We have Central Heating and Air Conditioning. There are 2 1/2 bedrooms: A master bedroom with a king bed, its own bathroom, Second bedroom with a double bed, the third bedroom is the den with double Murphy bed. The den shares its double sided fireplace with the living room. With the Murphy bed up, the den, if desired, can become part of the living room. There is a second bathroom with a shower. The house is perfect for a total of six. Full kitchen, flat screen TV, kayaks, pedal boat.

The Blue Lakes are a series of Spring-fed lakes On Highway 20 Between Ukiah and Clear Lake. Few houses are here and unlike Clear Lake, on a hot day you may be the only one in the Lake. Swim, hike, walk, laze around, go to the wineries, gambol at the Casinos, watch birds, cycle, find some antiques.

We Love Blue Lakes

My wife and I and our 2 newly wed friends (and 2 dogs) were blown away by the dramatic 1000 square foot deck hanging over Blue Lakes....this place had all the amenities (including AC). modern kitchen (expresso maker) and a great dock with kayaks, sail boards and a cool 4 person electric paddle boat....this is the place we've been looking for...relaxed, pet and kid friendly...great swimming (2 hours from the Bay Area)...we've already booked for next year....just loved it here on Blue Lakes....Gene and Patty

Get away, be Cool, Swim and not deal with Others.

We wanted a lake vacation with a great kitchen and air conditioning. We were not expecting to bring our dog and not have to deal with people. Wow. We got kayaks and pedalboats, our own dock, lots of deck and walks with the doggy. Sharon answered every question with humor and honesty..yes, there are stairs!!! Yes, you can hear the two lane highway across the lake. Yes the dogs are welcome everywhere. I want to stay all summer!!
