Set on Hill at the end of a Culdesac. This private contemporary Home has all that your family and friends need for a relaxing Cape Cod vacation. A Large step down Living Room with sectional furniture, new carpet and a gas fireplace. Open and easy to maintain kitchen leads to the dining area. Two sets of sliders lead out to a large deck, plenty of afternoon sunshine. A gas grill and a round glass table with and umbrella and six patio chairs are provided to help you enjoy your family gatherings. Upstairs consists of Living room , Dining area and Kitchen. Master Bedroom with shower, additional bedroom with 2 twin beds and one Trundle bed. A den for relaxing or quite reading. A full bathroom off the main hallway. Lower level has a bedroom with 2 Queen size beds. A half bathroom with washer-dryer. Also a family room. The house is located in Summersea village of New Seabury. Walking distance to the Marina and Popponesset Island. South Cape Beach is 2 miles away.

Enjoy live music (Thursday to Sunday), a lobster roll at the Raw Bar or play mini-golf. Mashpee Commons has over 80 shops, restaurants and a Movie Theater is less than 10 minutes away.

Something for everyone

This home provides it all! There are games for everyone, bikes, beach toys, a hammock, yard games, grill and more. The younger kids can enjoy biking in the driveway (just block the hill with some chairs). We took walks, bike rides, and had wiffle ball games at the open field down the street. My brother brought his own kayak and enjoyed a beautiful ride along Popponesset Island. We went to South Cape beach and took long walks, went swimming, and fishing. A few visits to Popponesset Marketplace is a must. We all got lobster rolls at the Raw Bar and enjoyed them very much. The kids played miniature golf, and enjoyed picking out a bag of candy. They have great ice cream! We also enjoyed eating dinner at the Popponesset Inn on the outdoor deck overlooking the ocean. We took a 20 minute ride to The Heritage Museum in Sandwich this was enjoyable for all ages. Our age group was 5-70. The owner checked in and answered all our questions. We had a wonderful week!
