This spacious 3 level townhouse condo is located in Alpine Village, minutes from Loon and Cannon Mountain ski resorts in the White Mountains. Features include an open living/dining room with comfortable furnishings, fireplace, a fully applianced kitchen with washer/dryer, 2 baths, and sleeping accommodations for up to ten – 2 bedrooms on the second floor and a third floor loft that’s great for kids. Towels and bed linens are provided, as well as three TVs with cable, DVD and/or VCR units. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not permitted. There is a large spacious deck with a private backyard, access to a trout pond, and open areas for children to enjoy. Tennis courts on site. Complimentary shuttle service to Loon and Cannon Mountain during winter weekends and vacation weeks. Health club facilities at the Loon Mountain Club - indoor and outdoor pools, outdoor hot tub, weight and cardio workout rooms, and locker rooms with saunas, hot tubs, steam rooms and showers.

Area attractions also include Clark’s Trading Post, Whales Tale Water Park, Lost River, The Flume and three 18 hole golf courses, as well as hiking and biking in the White Mountains National Forest. Free shuttle service to Loon Mountain ski resort is provided during winter weekends and holiday weeks. Additional shopping and attractions such as Storyland and Santa’s Village are a picturesque drive across the Kancamangus Highway.

A 50% rental deposit is required at time of booking; balance due 30 days prior to reservation date plus a $250 refundable security deposit. Deposit may be forfeited for balance received less than 30 days prior to reservation. 30 day written/emailed cancellation notice required for deposit refund. Renter must be at least 21 years of age.

Great location, Fantastic property

Our vacation at this property was one of the best ever. There are three important things about any property anywhere: Location, Location and Location. All White Mountain attractions are easily accessible from this townhome, and we managed to cover most of the attractions in 3 days (With 10 adults, 2 infants and 1 toddler, it was quite a challenge!). The property was everything the owners described, and more.
1. It is clean, and well-maintained
2. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the appliances are in great condition. We cooked most of our meals at home, and found nothing lacking.
3. The bedrooms and bathrooms are appropriately sized, and easily accessible from all three levels. The house can comfortably accommodate 10+ adults.
4. The swimming pool, fitness center and tennis courts are close by, and well maintained. One Note: The clubhouse with these facilities is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. I was unable to find this information anywhere else.

The owners were very accessible, and my transaction with them was seamless.

I would highly recommend this property to other travelers. I look forward to staying here again when I visit the NH area next time.

Great place to stay

I rented this condo with another family and would rent it again in the future. The property was well maintained and located very close to activities and sight seeing. The condo was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and the nieghborhood was quiet. It looks exactly like the pictures. The loft is a great place for older children and teenagers. We had seven in our party and there was plenty of room for all of us.
The rental procedure was seamless, and the owner was very responsive and helpful. Having use of the pool and spa at Loon mountain was a nice bonus.

Great family condo!

Our family just got back from a great vacation with our 4 young kids. The condo far exceeded our expectations! The open kitchen/dr/lr was perfect for our family of 6. The kids enjoyed having a tv up in their loft which made bedtime much easier for us. The condo is fully equipped, clean and extremely comfortable. The kids enjoyed fishing in the pond behind the condo and our 4 yr old even caught a fish! The location is perfect with groceries, drug stores, restaurants..not to mention so close to major attractions like Clark's Trading Post, Lost River Gorge and Santa's Village. We also enjoyed the Loon Mtn Club pool, both indoor and out. We will be back! Thanks so much Tom and Karen!

Great location for skiing!

My family of 4 spent the month of Feb. 2009 at this townhouse - very comfortable - plenty of space, plenty of heat, loved the fireplace, well equiped kitchen for cooking - and the kids LOVED the loft. Great having 2 bathrooms too!

We highly recommend this place - the owners were wonderfully easy to work with and very proud of their townhouse - everything was clean and well taken care of.

We skied nearly everyday we were there - the shuttle was great! Stopped right in front of the building.

Great value - lots of space, great location, clean and close to skiing.

Great Townhouse

We rented this townhouse for a moms & daughters ski week-end for four nights.
There was enough room for all of us (8) to be very comfortable.The condo is well maintained and you have every aplliance you need for cooking in.We didn't use the shuttle service, but found everything within a 5-10 min drive.We had dinner one night at the Woodstock Station and I wouldn't recommend eating there.Most of us found the meals lousy. I have been there many times before. We also had drinks & appertizers at that Mountain Club, which was very good.
The Viaggio Spa at the Mountain Club was fabulous! We all enjoyed the facilities and the massages, facials, etc.
I would recommend this townhouse and we look forward to renting next year.
