Rental terms:: Non-smoking unit and pets not allowed. No outdoor charcoal grills allowed. A 50% rental deposit is required at time of booking; balance due 30 days prior to reservation date plus a $250 refundable security deposit. Deposit may be forfeited for balance received less than 30 days prior to reservation. 30 day written/emailed cancellation notice required for deposit refund. Renter must be at least 21 years of age.
Comments:: An additional 3 story townhouse condo unit may be available for parties requiring accommodations up to 20. Subject to 8% NH sales tax. Rates subject to change without notice.
