Stunning golf course views, state of the art clubhouse adjacent to property featuring exercise room, two pools (in-season), tennis and all-purpose courts. Biking trails, golf, outlet shopping, boutique shopping, restaurants, access to the bay and the beach all just minutes away. Townhome community is extremely accessible but completely relaxing and restful. We also have wifi.

Notes: 42 inch plasma flat screen tv with DVD player and digital cable over gas fireplace. Mini flat screen TV / dvd / cd / iPod player in kitchen. Brand new kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops. Very spacious and lots of natural light. Large full deck off of living area, smaller deck off kitchen and small deck off of master bedroom. Large lower level includes sleeper sofa, TV and DVD player plus kids toys. One-car garage plus room for two cars in driveway. Beautifully landscaped, yards from clubhouse amenities. Quiet cul-de-sac perfect for kids' bike-riding.

Great place for a Family Reunion and getaway

We rented this space for a family mother's day weekend and were overall quite pleased. The townhome is gorgeous--very spacious, new, and clean. We all
loved the little balconies and large deck for outdoor dining. It says it can sleep 9, but there was lots of room for more. The outlets were only about 2 miles away, and the beach about 5 miles. The rental comes with 2 free beach
parking passes which was very helpful. There is also a garage full of little kid toys which the 1 year-old and 4 year-old loved. A high chair in the kitchen made dining with an infant much easier.

The owners were very friendly and responsive and the neighborhood is extremely safe since it is on a gated cul-de-sac. We will definitely try to stay here again for our next Rehoboth vacation!

Our stay was great! Nice home in quiet area near everything. The home is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. It was so comfortable there were times we didn't want to leave. Beach is a short ride away (parking passes included during summer months), outlets, shopping, great restaurants, golf, miniature golf are very close by. Owner's are very friendly and accommadating. We can't wait to go back.

Beautiful, spacious home

This was the perfect home for our weekend family getaway! It was very central to all the attractions in Rehoboth, including the outlets, the beach and countless restaurants. The crib in the master bedroom was perfect for our 2 year old and she loved playing with all the toys in the basement. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Rehoboth.
