Casa Perla is a gem! Oceanfront living on the Nayarit Riviera's newest marina in La Cruz De Huanacaxtle. UNLIMITED FREE PHONE CALLS to US, Canada, Western Europe. Internet, DSL High Speed. Private garage with Van available for rent. Satellite TV (DVD players, movies), Gourmet Kitchen (side-by-side refrigerator, ice maker, industrial stove and oven, garbage disposal, microwave, dishwasher), Private Pool, 3rd story palapa (table seating for 8, refrigerator, sink) overlooking the boat harbor. 2 bedrooms are ensuite private bungalows - with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and private outdoor sitting area. Washer and dryer. Children's crib, stroller, toys, games, books, boogie boards.

The formerly sleepy fishing village of La Cruz De Huanacaxtle is quickly becoming a bustling boat harbor - the new La Cruz Marina is nearly finished (February 2008). Additionally, residences, condos, and large developments are taking place. In the winter, La Cruz is home to a 100+ yachties from around the world. In summer and fall, the really great fishing takes place: Marlin, Sailfish, Dorado (Mahi Mahi), Huanchinango (Red Snapper), and more. We forward a 60 page booklet to all our guests of things to do, shopping, beaches, restaurants, etc.
