This is a family oriented compound located directly across the street from one of the most desirable beaches along the NH seacoast - Jenness Beach. This cottage features a full kitchen, bathroom, cable TV and a screened-in porch, the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. One parking space per cottage. Outdoor shower is available. Walking distance to two convenience stores and two restaurants. A short 15 minute drive to historic Portsmouth, NH providing access to hundreds of restaurants, numerous historic sites and entertainment for the entire family. The Surfview House is 20 minutes east of Interstate 95, one hour drive to Boston, MA, and less than one hour drive to Portland, ME. Take a picturesque drive 5 miles south along New Hampshire's seacoast to Hampton Beach or enjoy a 5 mile drive north along Ocean Blvd. to the Kittery Outlets for a day of shopping.

The Surfview House is 5 miles east of Interstate 95; a one hour drive north of Boston, MA and Logan Airport; 40 minutes from Manchester, NH and the Manchester-Boston Airport, and approximately 50 minutes to Portland, ME. Jenness Beach is 130 steps east offering family beach activities along the Atlantic Ocean. Located 5 minutes south of Rye Harbor which provides deep sea fishing and whale watching. Portsmouth, NH is a 15 minute drive north and is a quaint historic community with entertainment for the entire family including museums, free live concerts and plays at Prescott Park, historic sites and Strawbery Banke. Ample shopping is located at the Kittery Outlets which is approximately a 20 minute drive north.
