Terrific neighbors...walking distance to restaurants, kayaking and beach. Fully winterized and well heated...also available for winter rental by the month.

This is the quintessential Maine home...white with black shutters, ocean views, a lovely yard, wrap around porch, in-ground pool steps from the game room with patio deck and gas grill. The house whispers 'Welcome!'!

There is plenty off room for privacy with three living rooms...each with its own character and charm. Having a full bath on each floor is so convenient...and the laundry room off the kitchen is a huge plus for a family.

We are far enough away from the hub-bub of commercial shopping malls but close enough that a run up to Brunswick is only 20 minutes...the best of convenience and coastal, rural privacy combined.
