The kitchen & den are on the ground floor and open onto a spacious beach side deck complete with hot tub, chaise lounges & gas grill, just steps to the sea. The spacious 2nd floor master suite offers magnificent views & an ocean side balcony. The 2nd bedroom has mountain views with accompanying bathroom. The rooftop deck offers 360 degree views of the coastline, ocean & mountain, ideal for relaxing & enjoying the brilliant sunsets. We also offer a 2 car garage with easy access to the Hwy 101 to Santa Barbara or Ventura. Located just 20 miles from Santa Barbara.

What a wonderful home away from home!

Thank you for such a lovely property to get away from it all. The outdoors living space is really tops for us as we love the fresh air and the view of the Channel Islands and Pacific Ocean were awesome and at night the stars were bright. The property was well equipped and we needed for nothing except for the food we prepared and we did eat nearly all of our meals there and enjoyed them out on the deck that overlooked the ocean from early morning until late evening. The master suite is huge with a fireplace and an oh-so-comfortable king size bed with down comforter and all cotton linens. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, however, we know the owners have other lovely properties we would like to experience the next time we are in California. Thanks so much, Melanie and Todd, for having such a wonderful place for those of us needing to get away for a week or month. Trisha and Dean from Nebraska

The Faria Beach House fullfills everything it promises. We have stayed in numerous private property rentals in Hawaii, Palm Springs and in Europe and this property offers by far the best value for the money.

The Faria Beach House is a tastefully appointed house directly on the sand. A perfect place to relax with direct ocean views and direct beach access. A great alternative to expensive hotels which do not offer the comfort and seclusion of being in a beach house directly on the sand - it doesn´t get much better than this. Long walks on the sandy beach and sunsets viewed from the jaccuzzi are just a few of the perks of staying at this wonderful spot.

The property is very clean, well maintained and everything was in perfect working order. The kitchen is fully equipped which makes cooking a real pleasure.

When looking at the location you will notice that the PCH (Pacific Coast Highway) runs directly behind the house. However, do not be alarmed you will not hear any road noise from this street. The only noise that you hear is the sound of the surf which is of course a very special treat!
The property is located very close to Ventura where you will find everything you need (Trader Joes, etc.). However you will find it hard to leave the Faria Beach House once you get here.

The Faria Beach House comes with our highest recommendation and we will definately be coming back as soon as possible.
