The house is great for large groups in that it has a large great room, separate game room with regulation pool table, and a very large brick patio with water views. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac which means very little traffic. The house is placed on a full acre of land and is very well located to activities in the area. The private association beach and dock is a 3 minute walk from the house. If you are not familiar with the area Orleans has two main ocean beaches: a 10 minute drive to world renowned Nauset Beach on the shore of the Atlantic Ocean and Skaket beach on Cape Cod bay. There is also a fresh water lake for swimming which the younger children enjoy. Activities include a Sail on the Treasure ship (especially for the younger ones). Also there is Miniature golf, movies, bowling, Orleans & Chatham shops within 15 minutes of the house plus many restaurants and ice cream. “Day trips” include Plymouth, MA home of the Plymouth Rock.
