Located at the extreme south end of Myrtle Beach known as Springmaid Beach, close to activities yet tucked away from the noise. Consisting of two buildings centered around a pool area, with under and around parking for your convenience. It is not direct ocean front but is just 200 feet to the beach and has a very good balcony ocean view. Extremely close proximity to shopping, golf and restaurants. This 3rd floor end unit has 2 bedrooms, one is a loft, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen (with dish washer), (NEW) over the oven microwave, ceiling fans, sky light, central heat & air conditioning, 3 TVs with cable, DVD/VHS, CD player, VCR and washer/dryer for your comfort. Sleeps 8 maximum with 1 queen (master bedroom), 2 doubles (loft) and 1 sleeper sofa.

Close to all activities in Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach yet tucked away from the crowd. Myrtle Beach is known for Bike Week in May and again in October - it is a great place to come to relax and get away from the crowds yet close enough to major malls and amusements for the kids. You are just 200 feet from the ocean. The beach is clean and is not crowded. You can surf, boogie board or skim board. Surfside and Garden City are just down the road. Both Coastal Grand and Broadway at the Beach are within a 20 minute drive. Also close to Ripley's Aquarium, Legends, Alabama Theater and central Myrtle Beach where the amusement park is located. Miniature golf and golf are within minutes either by car or walking to them. Plenty of restaurants are close by for your dining enjoyment.

  • Low rates are from 9/30/07 thru 5/3/08 and and from 9/30/08 thru 5/2/09.
  • Mid to High rates are from 5/3/08 thru 8/31/08 and then start decreasing back to Low rates.
  • Weekly rate does not include linens (service can be provided for an additional $25) and does not include refundable cleaning fee of $100 (provided unit is in same condition as when rented).
    Any additional people over the maximum of 8 will be charged at an additional $100 per night.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very clean and very relaxing. The beach was not to crowded. Very quit at night. Will stay there again. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!
