This place was perfect, the owners have thought of everything. Kitchen had everything needed the house was provided with beach towels, all the linens, bath towels, soaps, paper products. Just pack your clothes . The house was very clean, roomy, comfortable and very well maintained. Outside beautiful decks on every level and the lake and playground provided endless fun. We were part of a group but my family already has plans on returning next summer. Its was a perfect vacation.

We had a fabulous time at this house, and plan on returning next year!! The property was gorgeous and well maintained with a huge front and back yard perfect for outdoor games - we played baseball, frisbee, ladder ball, and lots of running! Plus, the swingset on the property was perfect for small children. The dock, gazebo and beach were beautiful! A nice relaxing place to be outside, whether in the sun or in the shade. Huge fire pit great for campfires. The house itself was gorgeous and very clean. Lots of space to spread out, and having 5 bedrooms was perfect for our large family to all stay in the same house! It was especially nice to have 2 full-sized refrigerators to store all of the food we brought. There is a well-stocked kitchen - we didn't have to leave the house at all for meals! It was also very nice to have a well-maintained boat launch right on the property! I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. The owners were very nice and easy to contact with any questions and concerns, both before we arrived and during our stay. Thanks for a great week!!

A nice time...

My family stayed at this property for one week. We had a great time. If you like Lake Anna, this property is definitely worth considering. The owners were very nice and made renting the property very easy. Drawbacks:

1. The water well went dry three times, so we had to stagger showers and clothes washing.
2. The electricity went out once for about two hours.
3. The pots/pans/utensils/etc. were OK at best. They need to be replaced.
4. The televisions are big but old - lots of wavy lines in the picture.
5. Overall, the house needed a good scrubbing.

Great Location

This home has everything you need for a great time. Quick, great access to the lake lets you get on the water fast. The location on the lake makes it easy to get to any part of the lake you are interested in. The dock is great for multiple boats, so you can have a big fishing group. The kitchen is very nice to allow cooking for a big group and there is plenty of room for dining. There are plenty of bedrooms and beds to accomadate multiple families. Everything is clean and well maintained for your use. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to spend time at Lake Anna.

The house was great, the large kitchen was perfect for cooking and had it not rained I'm sure we would have enjoyed the fire pit and grill by the dock. Thanks again
