House, 4 Bedrooms + Den, 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 7-10)

This well-maintained, luxury home is on 15 acres of fields and woods. There is a stream-fed swimming pond with landscaped waterfall, two outdoor terraces for gracious entertaining, sweeping lawns, and a har-tru tennis court.

The downstairs includes a large, circular, vaulted living room with stone fireplace and 180-degree views, a cherry paneled quiet den, a new country kitchen with granite counters, a butcher-block island and farm table to seat 12 as well as a vaulted 'sun room' with gas fireplace. The cathedral ceiling master bedroom with queen-size bed and a large masterbath, has French doors to an outside deck.

The upstairs has three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with twin beds and one with a single bed with a trundle bed below. There are hardwood floors throughout. Cleaning service is available. No smoking. No pets.

the house is a warm,comfortable and lovely place to live.we spent last summer in the house,and enjoyed every moment. private,on a beautiful pond and tastefully appointed.the owners are hospitable a nd accomadating.
