Located on beautiful Lake Travis on the South Shore a mere 25 minutes to Downtown Austin. Live music, great food, fantastic entertainment. Our home is a stones throw to Lakeway Marina/ramp and the newly updated resort. 10 minutes to the new Hill Country Galleria, shopping,14 movie theaters, restaurants. You cant ask for a better location. We are in the fantastic Hill Country, with tons of great placed to see. Marble Falls, Fredricksburg, San Antonio, Hamilton Pool, not to mention you are on one of the most pristine lakes in all of Texas. 40 minutes to the airport, unless you own a plane we are 1mi to the Lakeway Airport. Golf, Tennis, Biking, Walking, Mini golf or just relaxing.

  • Rates are subject to change without notice
  • 475 a night
    Cleaning fee $100 + 6% room tax and $300 refundable deposit required on all stays.
    Add $75 a night for Holidays.
    3% processing fee if paying by credit card.
    Additional rent and deposit for pets.
    1/2 total rent + deposit are required at time of reservation.
    The remaining 1/2 of the rent is due 14 days prior to reservation.
  • Cancellations will be charged $50 60+ days in advance of your stay. 1/2 your total rent if less than 60 days prior to your stay and the entire rent if you cancel 14 days or less prior to your stay.

    We will make a reasonable effort to re-rent. If successful you will charged the 60+ day cancellation fee

Beautiful vacation house

This was a wonderful vacation home with beautiful views. Deck overlooked secluded cove, and the area was very peaceful. I would definately rent this property again. Works well for group of friends, or a group of couples.
The only issue I could see would be small children. Home does have some 5-8 ft drops by the back patio, but should not be an issue if children are monitored properly.
Very clean. Nice furniture. Satellite Radio was a nice feature.

This is a wonderful house! The house was just what we were looking for with plenty of room for 9 adults. The dock is perfect if you are bringing a boat or if you just want a place to swim, but be prepared for a lot of stairs. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time. The house was very clean, had all of the amenities you need, plenty of beds, great location. We will defiantly stay again. Owner was very easy to deal with, great communications. Could not have gone smoother.

We recently chose Austin for our 10th Annual Golf trip. The house is in a perfect location, close to restaurants, shopping and GOLF. We especially enjoyed the view from the deck and swimming off the dock. We'll be back next year for our 11th.

We recently stayed at this home and just wanted to say how EXTREMELY satisfied we were with our stay. Everything inside seemed to be brand new, the deck is awesome, and it easily accommodated our large family gathering. We will definitely rent the house again next time we are in the area!
