Fully furnished and nicely decorated. Surplus of sun. Large living room & dining area with high ceiling. Fully-equipped kitchen with exposed brick and sunlight. Interior stairs to large private roof deck and barbecue grill. Great views of Back Bay Fens (East side) and Prudential tower. New washer and dryer in apartment. Hardwood floors. Dishwasher, microwave & toaster. Across street from Back Bay Fens (East side). 3 blocks from Prudential Tower in one direction and Fenway Park in the other. 1 block from Symphony Hall and Whole Foods Grocery Store. 1 block from Berkley School Music. 1 block from Train (Green line). 1 block from Museum of Fine Arts, Gardner Museum, and Northeastern Univ. 1 block from Mass. Ave, Newbury St., and Christian Science church. Very close to Starbucks, CVS, Copley Square, and Charles River. Condo located on penthouse level. No elevator.

Sleeping Arrangements: There is one king size master bed in the master bedroom and one twin bed as well as one toddler crib in the second (smaller) bedroom. The apartment is ideal for a family traveling with one child - or possibly two small children. There is an extra mattress, but this does not make for the most comfortable sleeping arrangement.

Note: No elevator: The condo is on the top level of a four story walk-up. There is no elevator in the building.

Great place in mid-Boston

This lovely, well-appointed apartment is in a great location in mid-Boston - easy walking distance to Fenway Park, Boylston Street and Mass Ave, the Isabella Gardner Stewart Museum, Whole Foods, and more. Everything you want and need is convenient. The apartment has a huge living and dining area, a handy and well-supplied kitchen, large master bedroom, neat single bedroom suitable for a child or young adult (plus a crib), and 1 very nice bathroom with great double basins. Ambience and furnishing are super-nice. The rooftop deck is a terrific added benefit. The 4th floor location means a hearty climb up the stairs but it is well worth the effort, and not a problem for healthy active people. Owner communication and attention to detail are great. Parking in the local garages is pricey but that's life in the big city. I hope to come back to Boston and stay here again. Highly recommended!

Accompanying my husband to Boston for work with two small children in tow (3 and 1), this condo exceeded our expectations. Not only was it in a fabulous location, but it came fully equipped with everything we needed, including a crib and twin bed for our kids. Perfect! Furthermore, the owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome here. She answered all my questions prior to our arrival and made herself readily available to us in case we needed anything. All in all it, was a wonderful trip thanks to this wonderful condo!
