Owner's Response: it seems this tenant was very happy with our home when he first arrived in four days stay with five guest registered he had 5pails of garbage which tells me he had unregristered guest which is supported with a spare cots brought downstairs in the living room which scratched the floor (which we did not charge for either). the beach towels that were missing in the home was discussed with the client and he said take it out of the security! a bowl that held our keys in the kitchen mysterously is missing (which we also didn't charge for). these so called children which i also have 5 adult children so i am very experienced with what children can do took grafetti food sprinkles and threw it all over the first floor which took several hours of cleaning to remove and the jack and jill shower still has sparkles and remanents of writing on the subway white tile. which we charged for! in our defense in the four years of renting our two homes we only wittheld security two times . we provide a very clean home and expect it back as given.
