Not exactly as described. This place ould use a major cleaning to remove cobwebs in the windows, rust on the kitchen griddle and dirty furniture. We were quite disappointed.
Owner's Response: I wish you would go into more detail as to where is was not exactly as described, it is exactly as described. Most comments are the pictures don't do the house justice. The house was cleaned top to bottom just prior to the summer rental season, the cobwebs were between the storm and the regular window and not inside the house, due to the screens being up for the ac units. The house was checked and cleaned as required prior to your arrival as it is for every rentor.
Yes, a cream color sofa and ottoman got abused this summer and needs to be clean, but it wasn't severe enough to do right away, the time to clean is after the rental period and not during, it was one sofa out of four. Guests don't understand that your don't scrub the giddle with water and a sos pad.
It amazes me that all was fine in a follow up email, I'm not sure really how to answer your review, the house is a work of a skilled carpenter and designer and I was quite disappointed with your review and would suggest the Ritz may be better choice next year.
