Our unit is on the 11th floor and beautifully furnished in beach decor. Our unit faces north and overlooks the pool and tennis court. The master bedroom has white-washed furniture with a king-sized bed, triple dresser, TV with VCR, and huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom has bright fish linens with white wicker twin beds, chest, and two sliding-door closets. The master bath has a tiled shower and the hall bath has a full-sized tub. The bedrooms have new carpet.
The dining room has a lovely white-washed wood dining room table with six chairs and a china cabinet. The living room has a sleeper sofa, three comfy chairs, white-washed coffee and end tables, TV with VCR, and a wall of sliding glass doors that lead to a private balcony with high-top table and chairs that overlooks the ocean and pool. The living room, dining room, hallway, and one bath were recently tiled. The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, electric stove/oven, microwave, and garbage disposal. There are ceiling fans in every room.
This is a great location with a large shopping plaza (grocery, drugstore, and restaurants) right across the street. It also is The place to be for those who love NASCAR for the Daytona 500 in February and 'Bike Week' in March. Stay in Daytona and explore all the Florida East coast activities from historic Saint Augustine to Kennedy Space Center, which are both only 45 minutes away.
Be on the beach for a month for less than Orlando hotels cost for a week. It is only one hour to Disney attractions. We are not a 'management company'. This is our beach home. We have always rented the unit ourselves to keep the cost low by not using local realtors. We hope you will like it in 'The Towers' as much as we do.
