Our Oak Bluffs home is a Cape style residence situated on a wooded lot near the bike path and a short ride to town center and ferry. This home features an open design with a bright kitchen/dining/living area with hardwood floors, bedroom and full bath on the first floor. Sliders in dining area lead out onto a comfortable deck. The house is within walking distance to Farm Neck Golf Course, Tradewinds nature walking trails (a preserved Land Bank property) and 2 miles from the beach. It's a perfect location for your family and friends.. Oak Bluffs is a fun town, with gift shops, ice cream shops, and restaurants from pizza to 5 stars. The harbor is a great place to go for an afternoon lunch. The home is charming, with all the things you need for a great vacation.

Our home is across the entrance of Farm Neck golf course. It's a public course and Martha's Vineyard 'BEST'

Bike path runs along the side of the property. Bus stop is across the street.

Looking forward to returning to the OB house

We look forward to returning to the OB house next summer, hopefully for an additional week or maybe even two with other family members. We really enjoyed the property as it fit our families needs. We felt that for the value, we got a terrific product in return and the house/property really met all of our expectations. It was spacious, had all the amenities we desired and was very clean, not only cleanliness but the house itself was clean cut and well maintained.

Our stay was great. The house was centrally located and easily accessible. Very clean, and had good amount of space, a nice deck, well kept outside shower, cable(a lifesaver on a rainy day), and was well laid out.
The owners were helpful and always accessible. A great rental experience. We reccommend it.

Clean, bright and airy Cape Cod in Oak Bluffs, MA

My wife and I have rented this lovely Cape Cod on Martha's Vineyard for two weeks each summer for the last several years. It is centrally located directly accross the street from the entrance to Farm Neck Golf Course. We enjoy golfing, exercising on the bicycle path that runs next to the house and walking to downtown Oak Bluffs early each morning for coffee. State Beach and Edgartown are a short drive away. The house is clean, bright, airy and well-equipped. The owners are wonderfully responsive but not intrusive. For us, it is the perfect place to unwind and spend quality time with our children.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

This was our first time renting in MV and what a way to start. The house was absolutely perfect for a week away. It was so clean and well kept that it was a pleasure to stay in. It is situated in such a convenient location that we walked or biked to town almost everyday. Not only was the house perfect, but the owners are extremely nice and accommodating. There are very reachable if any assistance is needed. We were so satisfied with this rental that we have already booked to rent with them again next year. Unbelievable vacation!!!
