Beautiful 1,800 sq. ft. condo located in the desirable Sable Trace Golf Community. This is the end unit on the 2nd level of a two story building with one neighbor to the side.

Secure gated community & public golf course, clubhouse/library, pool table, fitness center and 3,000 sq. ft. heated pool.

Neutral, beige/tan carpet throughout except for kitchen, entryway and bathrooms with tile floors. Stacking washer/dryer.

Living room: 13’ x 20’ with soaring cathedral ceilings and ceiling fan with light. New sofa and love seat, 27” TV with cable, wireless internet, and DVD player.

Lanai: 12’ x 7’ screened lanai with bistro table and 2 chairs. Beautiful expansive view of golf course. Faces east for breathtaking sun rises.

Kitchen: 14’ x 9’ breakfast bar w/2 stools. Electric stove and microwave, refrigerator/freezer, automatic ice maker, dishwasher, disposal etc.

Upon signing agreement, a $400. deposit is required to hold your rental. This is refunded only after the cleaning service has gone in after your departure and advises everything is in expected condition. Agreement outlines refund policy.

We cannot rent for less than 1 month. 3 or more months do qualify for a discount. Property sleeps 4 Adults.

My husband and I enjoyed this condo rental very much. The location was handy to supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants and tourist attractions. We used it as a base and travelled easily to towns we wished to see. The Mineral Spa which is five minutes away was a great experience....we even felt younger!!! Golf views from the patio were wonderful with lots of birds to watch. The condo is exceptionally clean with new furniture, good size t.v. and great ventilation if you don't choose air conditioning...we like the fresh air. Yes, I would recommentd this large and cozy condo to anyone. The maintenance of the whole golf course condo area was exceptional.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing
