Additional information about rental rates

  • Cleaning fee -$125 added for stays less than 1 week pets $150/stay (1 dog limit)
  • A $50.00 registration/ processing fee(+tax) is added to all rates at the time of booking by rental manager.
    Pet -Security deposit is $300.00 & is fully refundable per lease agreement.. A $35.00 damage security waiver (insurance) is available in lieu of a damage security deposit (300.00). An additional PET security /damage fee is $200.00. All security fees are refundable if no damage is found by owners. Pet fee is used for additional pet cleaning and weekly pest extermination after pet stays. Registration requires 1/2 the rental fee at booking, and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Credit cards are accepted for registration and balance. Trip Insurance is optional. Linen packages optional fr $148.00. All Prices are subject to change without notice.

We had several family members all week and never felt cramped. This property had everything we needed. It was very clean and well maintained. We will be back.

We just finished up our week in Ocean Isle. We had eight adults, three kids under age 2, and a dog, and it went quite well.
For the most part, the condo is terrific. Plenty of space, a great porch with rocking chairs to soak up the evening breezes. And the owners supply a lot of nice little touches, like wireless internet, books and movies, a fully-stocked kitchen, etc. It's on the first floor, which makes moving in easy. Location is very good, just across from the beach.
Only complaints are very minor - the pots and pans for cooking are pretty dinged up, the stove top burners don't seem to heat evenly, the carpet could use a good steam-cleaning, and we could have used a hook on the back of the door of the second bedroom. But those are minor things.
All in all, a very good experience.
