The 4 bedroom townhouse is situated within the brand new gated community of Regal Palms Resort. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. There is another double room on the ground floor which also has an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are both furnished with twin beds, and share the third bathroom. All bedrooms have tvs and 3 have dvds. All bedlinen and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher and cooker etc, plus washer/dryer. There is sufficient parking space for 2 cars. Check in is 24 hours, 7 days a week. The resort offers a tropical pool complex with slide and lazy river, plus jacuzzi, and kids playground. There is also a clubhouse with bar/restaurant/games room and internet cafe. The spa hosts a gym/sauna/steam room & beauty facilities. The house offers the comfort of your own home with the luxury of resort amenities on your doorstep!

Disney is only 15 mins away with Seaworld, Universal, Discovery cove, Aquatica 30 mins and Busch Gardens approx 1 hour so this would be an ideal place to make your base. Highland Reserve Golf Club is 3 mins drive to the club house which is a par 72 championship course. Within 15 mins drive you can discover numerous top class courses. If you are going on a golfing break let us do all the bookings of your tee times and have a hassle free vacation. Berry town is a 2 min drive or 5 min walk from our house and has the following outlets: supermarket, UK chip shop/bar, Pizza, Indian, Chinese, Applebys restaurant. USA style bar and lots of other outlets. Walmart is only 5 mins drive down the 27 and also has several other eateries along this road, the same applies to the 192 which is only a 5 min drive. One place to visit on the 192 is Old Town, every Friday night they have a parade of old cars and there is an amusement park for the kids entertainment whilst you take a look around the shops

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of £100.00/$180.00 is requested to secure your booking. The outstanding balance is due eight weeks before the date of travel.
    A few days prior to your arrival, our management team will contact you to complete a rental agreement. You will be required at this time to leave a security bond of $250.00 by means of credit card details. This amount will be refunded if no damage has occurred to the property. The Resort Management wil be charging $10 per night, per home for use of the resort facilities. This is applicable to all reservations made as of 1st August 2006. This charge is out of our control and will be collected on check in.

The resort was really nice. The pool was very impressive with it's lazy river & slide. everyone in our family had a great time. The townhouse was very comfortable and MUCH better than a hotel!!

We stayed here for one week in April. We loved it! Everything was nice and very clean and all the theme parks are nearby. The pool was also very nice. We visited a lot of the theme parks during our one week stay, but still we thought it was to short. I wanted to stay longer...but we had also scheduled to go to Miami..
I will definitely recomment the house to my family and friends.

Excellent accomodation, Allan is a great guy. Any questions he will reply immediately. I had no problems with the accomodation, it was first class. I would recommend it to anyone. Very comfortable and excellent value. I will be back again.

Me and my son at age 13 had a very nice stay here in March -09. We stayed there for 8 nights. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to my inquiry and questions. The property had everything we needed and was nice and clean. The management company did also provide an excellent service. It was just a short walk up to the resort facilites and the pool. They also had a restaurant at the resort, but I wouldn't recommend it as the service there was very poor. We went there for breakfast once and waited about 15 minutes before we left and went to another restaurant. But there is plenty of places to eat just a few miles down the road, so if you have a car that isn't a problem. There is a 10$ fee per person per day to use the pool/resort facilities and I recommend to buy it only the days you intend to use the pool. As we went out to the theme parks, shopping and other attractions most of the days, we only used the pool 3-4 times. If you have children, the Wet'n Wild water-park is highly recommended. All in all, the property was all we needed and at a fair price. I'm very comfortable with recommending this property to others, especially if you have children and plan on visiting the theme-parks in the area. Thanks to the owner for a nice stay!

my husband and I were up for a quick trip to find some sunshine and rest and relaxation.
I am a travel agent by trade and could have picked any 5 star location I wanted but I have to tell you this family home ranked right up there with the best hotels that I have stayed at. The Townhome had so much comfort and seemed like home the minute we unlocked the door and we were sad when we left. the food was great at the club house, I spend my time at the pool and lazy river and the water was warm even in the winter months. I had to do a review at a 4 star hotel staying there for 2 days before settling into the townhouse and was shocked their pools were so cold nothing more than my foot went into the waters. so for a summer or winter vacation spot this home is the one for you and your family. you have a home away from home that is well cared for and maintained. a great shopping center walking distance and more within 10 min. drive, you have food on property that was a great deal I paid 4.99 or 5.99 for a burger/fries/ beer one day. we also had other great meals at the property and all were great and a bargin $, gift shop that has all the basis items and good prices on last minute gift items even. about a short 10-20 min. drive to disney depending on traffic. a very quiet and nice neighborhood for your family stay.
enjoy and thank you so much again.
*also there is a large queen bedroom down stairs in case you have someone in your party that can't make the stairs you have all the comforts of home downstairs with extra bedrooms upstairs. well worth it to both.
