Sleeps 6 max, King size bed in Master Bedroom, Twin beds in Guest Bedroom, Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room. Electronics: 42' flat screen TV & DVD in Living Room; Master Bedroom has 20' flat screen TV with DVD player and CD player; Guest Bedroom has 15' flat TV with DVD/VCR. All 3 TVs have cable access. CD/Stereo in Living Room. Special amenities include: Mirrored walls in Living Room, Dining, and both Bedrooms; Mirrored shelves with wet bar in Living/Dining area. Tile throughout with area rugs, bedrooms carpeted. Tiled balcony with lounge chair and table with 4 chairs. Tennis court, Work out room, Heated outdoor pool (winter months).

Located along 30A, you can walk or bike to Seaside or take a short drive to a number of fine restaurants in the area, everything from locally caught seafood to French, Creole, and Pizza. There is a fresh seafood market next door if you decide to eat in. Video rental place is close by. Nature preserves surrounding Seagrove provide lovely exploring by bike or car. The charming Seaside and Watercolor communities have beautiful biking paths winding through palm forests and lakes with artsy bridges and boardwalk decor. Unique art galleries, local crafts and boutiques are also a healthy walk or bike ride distance.
