Further afield are the auto and motorbike racing course at Laguna Seca and the Steinbeck Center, commemorating John Steinbeck country.

Wonderful Vacation

We just returned from our Spring Break vacation in Monterey. We absolutely loved the condo. It was clean and comfortable...it was home away from home. It was far enough from the city to enjoy a quiet time and very safe to have the kids run on the beach without worrying about the crowds. Yet, close enough to the adventure that awaits in Monterey and Big Sur. We would definitely rent this condo again in the summer.

A Beautiful Location

We took our first family vacation. We are now a family of 6, including a five year old and an eighteen month old. It was great to have a place for the grandchildren to run around in and not be trapped in a hotel room. The location was absolutely wonderful, we could hear the waves and the view from the dining room table was awesome.

After spending the day in Monterey, we found the beds to be very comfortable. Bill and Nancy were great to work with, but they need to work on the ant problem in the kitchen.
Owner's Response: We appreciate this review and thank the person who wrote it. The home is visited regularly by a pest service spraying for the ants, but when the home is built on beach sand and the weather starts to turn cold, the ants somehow get in anyway.
